Klingon cuisine is a hard subject to find on the internet.
Thus the IKF QM/SUPPLY division has devoted this page to the hunger of every
Klingon Warrior. Unfortunately this area is limited to only a few recipies,
and more will follow as soon as we can get them, and test them.
Each of the recipie's have been rated between 1 and 5 stars (*), so choose your own!

KLINGON BLOOD WINE
2 packets Cherry flavored Kool-Aide per 1 Litre of Vodka.
*NON Alcoholoc Version:
2 packets Cherry flavored Kool-Aide per 2 Litres of Sprite/7-Up/Lemon-Lime Soda.
(A) 2 packets Blue Colored Kool-Aide per 1 Litre of Vodka.
(B) 750 ML Blue Curacao per 2 Litres of Vodka.
*NON Alcoholic Version:
(A) 2-4 Drops of Blue Food Coloring per 1 Litre Sprite/7-Up/Lemon-Lime Soda.
(B) 1-2 Packets of Blue Kool-Aide per 1 Litre of Sprite/7-Up/Lemon-Lime Soda.
For a 12 Cup pot
GRIND and Mix TOGETHER
4 Tbs French Roast
4 Tbs Columbian
1 Tbs Expresso
3/4 ts Ground Cinnimon
3/4 ts Ground Cardmum
Place in with filter, add water, turn on coffee maker, wait and serve!

Boil (a pasta, like macaroni, or penne) in water with BLUE AND RED Food Coloring (Enough to color all the pasta).
Mix Olive oil and Blue Food Coloring in a bowl. Drain Pasta, and add Olive oil/Food Coloring mixture.
Add shredded PARMESAN cheese, mix and serve.
Boil Black Pasta made from squid ink till done (Pasta can be found in Oriental food stores).
Add maple syrup and toss to mix. If it gets too sticky add a little warm water.
Mix two (2) eggs and Black Cake Icing Color (3-4 drops - enough to make egg turn blackish grey)
In seperate bowl, put 2 cups flour. Make small dent in center of flour and add egg mixture. Whip mixture in
flour *NOTE: Mixture will only soak up as much flour as it needs.
Take pasta dough (Flour - egg mixture) and knead until soft.
Let rest for ten (10) minutes. Roll flat until 1/4th" (inch) thick.
Roll flatened dough loosely (like rolling up a carpet) and cut into thin strips (varying sizes and shapes).
Unroll strips and place into boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain, place in bowl, add shreaded cheese (Asiago or Parmesean) and serve.
*****HEART OF TARG
1 Beef Heart (3.5 lbs)
3 Hard Boiled Eggs (peeled)
Mix together in a bowl until liquid is absorbed
1/2 cup toasted oatmeal
5 slices of bread (Whole Wheat)
1/3 cup Bulgar soaked in 1/3 cup beef blood and 1/3 cup water
1 carrot Finely minced
1 Celery stalk Finely minced
1/2 Medium Size Onion Finely minced
1 Tbs Garlic Finely minced
3 Tbs Butter or Margerine
1 ts Oregano
1 ts Fennel
1 1/2 ts Basil
1/2 ts Cinnimon
1/8 ts (SMALL pich or to taste) Dried Chili Peppers
1/2 ts salt (or to taste)
1/2 ts pepper (or to taste)
1 cup beef stock
Open Heart and place Hard Boiled eggs and stuffing inside.
Place excess in seperate baking pan and bake together in 375 degree oven for
an hour and a half or until done.
When done place excess stuffing on plate, with stuffed heart on top. cool and serve.

**** ROKEG BLOOD PIE
Prepare to instructions Jello's chocolate silk pie. Cover with cherries in sauce. Remove cherries, not to leave holes from them, and serve.
Make or purchase a grahm cracker crust. Fill with RED jello using only 75% of the water necessary.
Mix flavors of RED jello (Cherry, Strawberry, Etc....) if mood suits. Top with Cool whip with Oreo Cookie crumbs mixed in, and serve.
